What changed in OneFor Terms of Use?

Our operating entity in Europe is changing from OneFor Holding GmbH to OneFor Europe B.V. This is a purely internal organizational change and does not affect day-to-day business in any capacity. OneFor Holding GmbH will assume the role of mother company, while OneFor Europe B.V. will be the operating entity. This organizational change will impact the following sections in our Terms of Use.

Operating Entity:

In the first section of Terms of Use, operating entity changes from OneFor Holding GmbH, a company incorporated in Germany registered with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under registration number HRB 211401 B, to OneFor Europe B.V., a company incorporated in Netherlands registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under registration number 000055439349 and RSIN 865059214.  

Right of Withdrawal:

The address for exercising your right to withdraw is now OneFor Europe B.V., Flight Forum 881, 5657DV Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Governing Country:

The terms are now governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and legal proceedings will be handled by Netherlands courts.

Privacy Policy Update:

Change of operating entity will impact the following sections in our Privacy Policy.

Identity and Contact Information:

Our identity and contact information have changed from OneFor Holding GmbH in Germany to OneFor Europe B.V. in the Netherlands, located at Flight Forum 881, 5657DV Eindhoven.

Supervising Authority:

Our supervising authority is now the Dutch Data Protection Authority, located at Hoge Nieuwstraat 8, 2514 EL The Hague, Netherlands.

Which services will be impacted by this update?

The Terms of Use apply to all existing OneFor Holding GmbH services for all customer groups.

What if I don’t agree to this update?

If you choose to use our services after December 02, 2023, you are indicating your agreement with the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to accept these changes, you may close your account HERE.
